How fast can my wedding site launch?
Most Essential sites go live within 5 days. Premium and Signature take 7 days. Rush cases (under 5 days) — reach out first, we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit the date.
Can I update details after it goes live?
Yes, unlimited updates. Send us the change via email and the site updates within 24 hours on weekdays.
Can guests RSVP on their phones?
Every site is mobile-first. Over 70% of wedding RSVPs come from a phone — we design for that experience first, desktop second.
Can we upload our own photos?
Yes. Premium and Signature tiers include a photo gallery. Share photos via a Google Drive or Dropbox link after checkout and we'll place them thoughtfully.
Can we use our own domain name?
Signature tier includes custom domain setup guidance (e.g., sarahandjames.com). Essential and Premium ship on a positivitytools.com subdomain by default; ask us about a custom domain if you want to pay for it separately.
What happens after I pay?
You get a confirmation email with a link to a short intake form — wedding date, venue, theme choice, a few details. Fill that in, and we start designing within 24 hours.
What's your refund policy?
100% refund before you submit the intake form. 50% refund after intake but before we send the first draft. No refund after the first draft is delivered (we've already done the work).
Who builds the site?
Dave Becker leads every project personally. Replies to your emails come from his inbox, not a support queue.
